Labor Markup Example

This program adds 10% net back to labor. In the illustrated scenario, the charge is allocated toward the insurance cost for future warranty coverage on qualified repairs. If repairs do not meet qualification criteria, the associated labor charge is classified as additional service gross profit — revenue that goes straight back to the dealership.
