Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented sales and marketing strategies that have driven both sales and aftermarket services.
Vice Chairman
Ben Howard serves as the Chief Operating Officer of North American Auto Care (NAAC), bringing nearly two decades of experience in the automotive protection industry. He oversees operations, strategic growth, product development, claims management, and partner relationships while helping drive innovation and customer-focused solutions. Ben has played a significant role in NAAC's growth and is the founder of NAAC University, an online training platform dedicated to dealer and agent education. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he is committed to operational excellence, strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional value to customers and business partners.
Secretary
Bill Failor is a recognized leader in the insurance and risk management industry, with over 30 years of executive experience as President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Sales Executive for major brokerage organizations. He has a proven track record in launching start-ups, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as consistently generating revenue and profitability growth.
Treasurer
Pam Kimball brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Raised in a military family, she had the opportunity to travel extensively before settling in Pensacola, Florida. She has built a successful professional career while raising a family and maintains a strong connection with the Gulf Coast community. Her financial expertise, organizational leadership, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable member of the Board of Directors.
